
About Mindful Movement
Hi! I'm Cat Mulligan and Mindful Movement Pilates is my little offering to the local community. Exercise, for me, is truly about how movement feels and the benefits I can sense in my body after a session. I have never been interested in working out in gyms; much preferring the additional perks of fresh air and beautiful views that exercising outdoors offers. Similarly, my Pilates studio endeavours to be a calming environment where the focus can be on the feeling of movement in your body. Following high school, I completed a Physiotherapy degree and found work in a musculoskeletal practice. Furthering my education, I quickly found the rehabilitative aspects of Pilates to be much more holistically appealing than working as a physio. I am forever grateful to the wonderful people who have guided and inspired me in my Pilates and movement journey.
